May be... supercharged buick riviera i use a 62" sony lcd 1080p. i use it for both movies and games. i picked lcd over plasma because it works best for me and my set up. i picked 1080p over 1080i because it's progressive scan. lcd is a type of screen, it comes in two different forms: falt panel or rear projetction. flat panel is comparable to plasma. and lcd rear projection is comparable to DLP technology....

Film Reviews: The ethnic hatred behind the 1990s Balkan bloodshed spark to life in startling fashion in Croatian writer-helmer Goran Rusinovic's "Buick Riviera," a low-budget, artistically ambitious psychological thriller set in America's wintry heartland.

You saw the mean looking choptop Buick Riviera first when we showed you the cars of Death Race and y'all seemed to react favorably, so we figured you might like to see the first one-sheet for the Statham-starring film showing it again looking all bad-ass. Sure it's not the Death Race trailer , and sure, it reveals a tagline — "Get ready for a killer ride" — that screams hackneyed and lame, but whatever,...

A recent trip to the Cleveland International Auto Show over the weekend gave me a chance to see a concept that I didn't know existed. After being able to stand there and lay my eyes on it, I felt very lucky to see a piece of automotive art. This concept, called the Buick Riviera Concept, [...]

We've already seen the ad for the '73 Riviera , so now it's time to take a look at the car itself. I'm trying to get caught up on Buicks, since we've only had four of them prior to today, with the most recent one just a few weeks back. This Buick is special, since its daring "boat-tail" styling was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise gloomy Early Malaise Era year for Detroit. This is the kind...

We didn't really see anything to write home about with this Buick Riviera Concept, although it is obvious that they believe big grills will make a comeback. But when we looked around the back, we noticed some Chinese lettering. We were told that the car was made in China for the company and that the words translate into “Buick Future.” Be that as it may, we suspect that if American Car Companies spend...
