I took this photo at work one morning recently, in November of 2009. This is the driver's compartment or "Cab" on First Transit 2008 Ford paratransit bus # 5157. If it looks a little low, believe Me it actually is. The driver's compartment is actually recessed approximately six inches below the main floor of the bus.
