Is the truck in the background an Opel Blitz?

Please see this WW2-era photo: [Photo] German crew of a 7.5 cm PaK 40 anti-tank gun resting in an Italian town, 1943 | World War II Database (http://ww2db.com/image.php?image_id=8234) Take a note of the truck in the background. Is that an Opel Blitz? Thanks!
