Q : I recently had some minor work done on my 1999 Plymouth Voyager at a franchise tire store and asked for the free tire rotation promised when one buys tires there. I got a call telling me that my tires were from 2002 and that they had dry rot, implying they needed to be replaced.

Walking around the parking lot of the dog show in Pasadena yesterday, I was as always struck by our “gang signs” — bumper stickers, magnets, license-plate covers and, of course, vanity license plates. To the right is a picture of what you can find on the back of my ‘98 Plymouth Voyager minivan. I also have [...]

Something tells me this 3,800 HP jet-powered bike isn't the safest or most efficient way to get around town, but then again, you aren't going to fry a crosswalk's worth of schoolchildren to a crisp driving around a Plymouth Voyager. Oh, and the name of the guy who built this monster? Mad Ron Laycock. Ponder that while you hit the jump for another picture of this thing. Want more? Jalopnik has a whole...

Sadly, I missed the spin-in today in favor of car shopping. I hate car shopping, largely because I am supremely confident of buying the wrong car and getting snookered on the price, but it needs to be done: at the moment our "new" vehicle is a 1996 Plymouth Voyager (green, of course). Even more sadly, I had looked up all the cars with good fuel economy, and we established today that Grant doesn't fit...

Say it's the 80s and you've got the Chrysler advertising account. You've got Tina Turner signed up to do an ad... but what's the best vehicle to have her pitch? Maybe something sporty, like the Shelby GLHS? Or luxurious, like the Chrysler/Maserati TC? No, no... when you think Tina Turner, you think minivan , right? Exactly.

From Rain, Rubber, and faded grey Asphalt - It seems that the Yakima County DA has seen fit to charge Chacon with the appropriate hit & run charge for the Meehan crash on US Route 97. According to a State Patrol report, Chacon was driving a Plymouth Voyager van that turned in front of a motorcycle last Wednesday on U.S. Highway 97. The [...]

Mike Foster and Ethur have created a new project called the Junky Car Club that promotes: Living with less so we can give more. Ever wonder what happens to those dilapidated cars on MTV’s show Pimp My Ride? Well, we always thought the car owners just drove off happily with pimped rides and everyone lived happily ever after. Not the case for Laila, who is selling her pimped 1999 Plymouth Voyager on eBay for a starting bid of $22,999. She got her 5 minutes of fame and made about $22,998 from the deal since she bought the
