I am making the transition into vegetarianism and want to try to avoid gelatin and other 'hidden' animal products. For example frosted Mini Wheats contain gelatin so I would not be able to eat them. What are some other 'hidden foods' you have found?

I'm not a big milk drinker so I try to get my calcium in other ways. I recently switched from Yoplait to Dannon brand of yogurt. I love my yogurt at all times of the day! I found that the Dannon Light & Fit has got half the calories...

The maker of Yoplait Yogurt, Wheaties cereal and Pillsbury Toaster Strudel said its fourth-quarter profit dropped 17 percent. But the profit still met Wall Street expectations and its revenue beat them, and it reaffirmed its guidance for the full year. Much of the profit drop was due to a hedge against ingredient prices that turned against the company during the quarter.
