Turning Chesapeake Blue

An article in the Virginian-Pilot describes "how Obama turned Chesapeake blue" by registering voters and getting out the vote. Chesapeake voted for Obama 50.27%-49.01% and Warner 62.51%-36.55% . Too bad all those same Democratic votes didn't go to Andrea Miller instead of Randy Forbes. There's still a lot of work to do in Chesapeake.
