anonymous - 08-2009This product was a no from the beginning. Hard to push. Poor pick up. No flexibility in the attachment so limited to the areas it can be used on. Have to keep on bare floor setting for all floors in which case the rollers slow down and even stop. Hose continually falls from its support. Support lever to hold vacuum in upright position broke shortly after purchasing. Doesn't clean near edges well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!

anonymous - 02-2009I wouldn't suggest this vacuum. I bought it for the Bissell name but am not satisfied. Poor pick-up. I have to keep it on bare floor setting for all conditions in which case the roller slows down some times. The attachment doesn't have a bend in it and isn't adjustable so I am limited in the areas I can get to. Will definitely consider another name on my next vacuum purchase
