    Pros: Noticeably faster than the 5400RPM drive in my last laptop. Runs cool and quiet with no clicking noise, but I have not yet had it in a completely silent room. Cons: Possibly lower battery life than a 5400RPM model, but I have no way to measure...

    Pros: Quiet, no vibrations, doesn't require more power than 5400rpm hdd to work, about 15% faster than 5400rpm hdds, works perfectly with partitioning and with both Mac and PCs. Cons: pretty warm...after a few minutes of intense use I can feel it...
