Pros: Less than half the cost of my Zallman 9500 last year and does a beffer job of cooling. Cons: No instructions in the box but figured it out after some trial and error.

Effective - 8 / 10

Pros: very effective heatsink. significantly drop cpu temp. down below 100F at all time. very light weight. Cons: quite loud, no instruction. Other Thoughts: although there was no instruction on how to install, but not that hard to install.
