Warming Plate Rusting - 4 / 10
rosie48 - 08-2009I purchased this model (FME4 12 Cup Coffee Maker) a year ago to replace a Braun that I had used for Keeps coffee hot. Warmer plate flakes and starts to rust.
Undocumented "Features" - 2 / 10
attilla12 - 08-2009One of the plastic pins that hold the top to the carafe breaks off after about 3 uses. I calle Simple and easy to use Must handwash carafe, removing top of carafe breaks pin holding top onto carafe.
