Pros: Seems to work so far, though only seeing 100MBit connectivity. Cons: Doesn't install on Windows 2003 Server with supplied driver. Tried all manner of workarounds, then found that the Realtek RTL Gigabit and Fast Ethernet NIC Driver 5.719 works...
