anonymous - 11-2008Cheap is what you pay and cheap is what you get. The warranty is useless as it does not cover the parts that are likely to fail. Once you do have a failure the replacement part will cost as much as a new machine. I have been using one for some time and my recommendation would be to stay away from Ricoh
