The recent demotion of former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and 139 others by police service commission, (PSC), may have unsettled the senate as the Upper House yesterday summoned the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr Mike Okiro, to explain the changes in the police force.
