  Worst customer service possible. Unfriendly, untimely and inept from beginning to end. Sent products not requested and I have to pay the return shipping. Mailed me products that would be outdated before they could be used. Life must be difficult at Entirely Pets to be so consistently surly. Hard to figure how they are staying in business. Guess they don't need repeat customers. I would not shop here again - Note : 1
