Purchased alabaster jewelry box for 37th wedding anniversary. Packaging was exceptional, but item arrived with multiple cracks that customer service person initially said he would handle to my satisfcation. He later said cracks were within all such boxes. Novica ruined what could have been a uniquely memorable event. I would not shop here again - Note : 1
