I have been shopping at Strawberry Net for a number of years now and have found the negative reviews on this site very surprising. A positive reviewer suggests that SN competitors may be planting the reviews and I think she may be on to something. I have placed in excess of 30 orders with SN over the years and I have never had issues with delivery times (even when located in Afghanistan of all places). I ordered a hair care product, Purology, from them back on Dec. 6, 2012. Their website stated it would take 7-10 days to get here. 16 days later I still do not have the product. I have contacted them 3 times and each time I get the exact same standard email response from "anne" saying to just give it more time. They gave me a tracking number and, 16 days after the order was placed, it still states "product waiting to be dispatched from warehouse." This was supposed to be a Xmas gift. It is... - Note : 1
