My favorite shoe; very comfortable, good bounce, great stability, good grip on slippery terrain, profile does not mud-up/stones do not get trapped in profile either. Also great on mixed terrain - road/trail. Can only recommend. I will be running the Real Berlin Marathon 2008 in these. Cheap Mens Mizuno Wave Ascend 3 Trail Running Shoe! I phoned the Berlin marathon people to ask when the results would become official (1 to 2 weeks the lady thought but she seemed utterly mystified by the urgency in my voice), I submitted my application to the BAA for a...

BERLIN (CBS Sports) — World-record holder Haile Gebrselassie has won the Berlin Marathon for the fourth straight time despite struggling in the last third of a race run in sunny, warm weather. The Ethiopian was on a pace to break his record for the first 18 miles on Sunday but slowed once his last pacemaker dropped [...]

- celebrating 20 years of Running Without Boundaries The Training started with a 12 week training schedule at the end of June - in a heatwave. I have (un)fond memories of a 13 mile training run in Richmond Park which was supposed to include 5 miles at marathon pace. The only time I achieved anything like marathon pace was when I spotted a water fountain and managed to briefly unstick my parched tongue...
