Luke Kibet broke the course record at the Singapore Marathon , with a winning time which was about an amazing 2 minutes faster than last years time. In fact it was a Kenyan 1-2-3 as they sweeped all the podium places at the event. Kibet clocked 2:11:24 which was almost two minutes faster than his winner timefrom 2008. The plan to finalize the Mumbai Marathon 2010 route is taking shape, and the newly build architectural marvel of Mumbai, the Bandra-Worli sea link, is very much a part of it! I registered on the first day of Novice registrations at Comrades Marathon 2010 , i.e. Nov 1st, and later got the shock of my life on learning that registrations closed on Nov 2nd as all 5,000 novice places were taken within 27 hours!
