You know, there were many people who just refused to say that Willie Randolph was a problem or that he had lost the clubhouse. Now, it seems so obvious that even Ron Darling is discussing it on interviews. But at the time no one would admit that Willie was to blame for what was happening and afterwords the late inning rallies, hot streaks and enthusiastic play were all written off as coincidence.
