According to Jason Beck, the Tigers have offered arbitration to Fernando Rodney and Brandon Lyon but not to Placido Polanco. This is what I had expected. Rodney and Lyon have until December 7 to accept their offers. Since they can probably get multi-year deals, I suspect they will both decline.
