In what should be a shocker to no one, today's Herald editorial jumped off the deep end , coming out strong against a UMASS Dartmouth Law School, with the kind of hyperbole rarely out seen outside of tabloid "journalism." Saying the "skids are greased," they launch an attack at Chancellor of UMASS Dartmouth, Jean McCormick, the UMASS Board of Trustees, Romney-appointed UMASS Prez...

Jack Wilson, the stellar defensive shortstop who began his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, has signed a two-year deal to stay with the Seattle Mariners. After breaking into the big leagues with the Pirates in 2001, he was traded to the Mariners in the middle of last season. Although not much of a hitter, Wilson is great with his glove. The 31-year-old is also known for getting clutch hits and coming...

Jumpin’ Jack Flash signed a 2-year deal worth $10 million with the M’s on Friday.
