With the rosters set to expand, the Phillies have started by welcoming back Jack Taschner to the roster. According to Andy Martino via Twitter , and confirmed by Todd Zolecki , the Phillies have recalled Taschner. Taschner was designated for assignment in exchange for Rodrigo Lopez originally. Taschner was 2-0 with a 2.08 ERA at Lehigh Valley since leaving the Phillies.

Why was Shane Victorino Ejected from center field? The Phillies' Shane Victorino was ejected from his center-field position in the top of the seventh inning on Sunday. Home-plate umpire Ed Rapuano called a ball on Rodrigo Lopez's 0-2 offering to Marlins third baseman Wes Helms.
