Boston and Chicago were locked at one apiece until the the 7th inning when Boone Logan gave up a singles to Ellsbury and Tek and then walked J.D. Drew. Ozzie came out to the mound but kept the left-handed pitcher in to face right handed hitting Pedroia. Dustin hit a single and drove in a run.
