Brian Wilson, Beach Boys: Catch a wave and you're sittin' on top of the world. There is another interpretation of "catch a wave". That interpretation is Elliott Wave. I talked about waves at length on October 10th in S&P 500 Crash Count . Non E-Wavers can skip to the end for another idea about how and when bear market rallies end. Here is a clip from the above link after which there will be an update...

I’m a big Beach Boys fan. More specifically, like a lot of people, I’m a big Brian Wilson fan. So when I hear a track like “Feet of Lead, Wings of Tin” (a previously unreleased track from Portland’s Oh Captain My Captain that will appear on Bladen County Records’ 10-year anniversary compilation), I dig the [...]
In honor of Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy, which until last week had “lost album” written all over it, Seattle Weekly has picked seven albums they hope stay lost. Among the ...
Brian Wilson: Sweet Insanity Forget SMiLE . The real curio locked away inside the lab of the Beach Boy boffin is this 1991 solo album, the culmination of Wilson's unethical business partnership with his psychologist, Eugene Landy. Fro...
It was Brian Wilson who started it all. Back in 2002, the musical genius behind the Beach Boys toured Britain with a fabulous multi-tasking band in a series of shows in which the centrepiece was a performance of the classic Beach Boys album Pet Sounds, played in its entirety. Wilson looked like a rabbit trapped in the headlights, but still: it was musical bliss.
