Texas made a few roster moves within the minor leagues today. LHP Bruce Chen is now on the disabled list at Triple-A Oklahoma (elbow), LHP John Rheinecker was added to the roster as part of a rehab assignment, C Miguel Ojeda went on the DL (broken thumb) and C Nick Trzesniak was signed as a free agent and sent to Oklahoma. Rangers make a bunch of moves this evening, in finalizing their roster... per Richard Durrett... Matt Kata, Bruce Chen and Mike Wood have all made the 25 man roster, so their contracts are going to be purchased. The Rangers set their opening day roster. Chris Stewart beat out Miguel Ojeda for the backup catcher job.
