OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Daric Barton's RBI pinch single in the eighth inning Saturday gave Oakland an 8-7 win over Seattle. His hit snapped a 7-7 tie, scoring Carlos Gonzalez from third base with one out in the bottom of the eighth, extending Seattle's losing streak to nine games.
