So you all doubted me when I complained about Chan Ho even getting a shot at the roster. He's just the 12th pitcher, what difference does it make? Why bother getting upset about a guy who's just going to pitch garbage time. Well Chan Ho Park is starting on Saturday! Who's whining about nothing now! Wait, this is horrible. Anyway, Park's strike out to home run rate this...

Based on Value Over Replacement Player, it's Chan Ho Park - despite a strikeout/home run ratio of just over 2:1.

It looks like we’ll have to continue to wait for our first look at Clayton Kershaw in the Majors. According to the Los Angeles Daily News, the Dodgers will be turning to Chan Ho Park instead of Kershaw as the 5th starter. So your fantasy impact? None.

Houston Astros over LA Dodgers 5-0 . For the third straight game the Dodger offense looked flat as the Astros were all over start Chad Billingsley who gave up all five runs in the first two innings. The only real positive for the Dodgers was their bullpen with Chan Ho Park pitching a shut out for three innings and Joe Beimel pitching a perfect ninth. Tampa Bay Rays over LA Angels 2-0...

ATLANTA — Chipper Jones had his second straight two-homer game, leading the injury riddled Braves past the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-1 on Friday night. The Atlanta slugger hit a three-run shot off Derek Lowe in the fifth to break open a 2-0 game, then added a solo homer against Chan Ho Park in the seventh to make it 6-1.

Ever since it was in Brooklyn, team has made an effort in Japan, and now it cultivates the game in China and Korea. With two Taiwanese ( Hong-Chih Kuo and Chin-lung Hu ), two Japanese ( Hiroki Kuroda and Takashi Saito ) and one Korean ( Chan Ho Park ) on their roster, the Dodgers have what is believed to be the most Asian-born players of any team in big league history. But that's not...

When four pitchers (Chad Billingsley, Chan Ho Park, Jonathon Broxton and Joe Beimel) combined for one earned run, six hits and fourteen strikeouts, it's rightfully assumed that a win will accompany the final outcome. Of course, when eleven batter combine...

In a post to Mets Today, Joe Janish cites a variety of picthers, such as Chan Ho Park to Dave Williams, as to why he is so panicked about the Mets fifth starter spot. …i hear you, joe…my only request is that you go back and look at the fifth starter for other teams who have [...]

Pitcher was with triple-A club for only a few days before being called up. Chan Ho Park was in a Dodgers uniform Friday for the first time in six years, the sting of being cut from the opening-day roster no longer a topic worthy of discussion.

Having turned their pitching staff upside down Wednesday, the Dodgers turned to Chan Ho Park to shore up the bullpen, purchasing his contract while designating Angel Chavez for assignment, according to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com. (Gurnick also has a progress report on Jason Schmidt, who threw 40 pitches from the mound during a bullpen session before the game.)

It took three games this year for Ned Colletti to shoot himself in the foot, a new personal best. In order to add a seventh arm to an over worked bullpen, the Dodgers have DFA'd Angel Chavez and put Chan Ho Park on the 25 man roster . I've already covered in great detail exactly how badly Chan Ho Park sucks , so I'll avoid that again. Hopefully, Park's innings are...

Chan Ho Park has been assigned to minor league camp , avoidi ng the inevitable heart break that will occur if he was given a starting job. Of course, this could change once Derek Lowe's sideburns offend Joe Torre. Interestingly, Ramon Martinez also got optioned, which seems to insure that both Blake Dewitt and Chin Lung Hu will be on the opening day roster, because without both, we'd...

(As is quality alliteration, but I digress...) Hopefully, Chan Ho Park's chances of making the team weren't predicated on a scoreless spring (really, that's an unfair standard), because though he made a good run at it, for the first time...

Chan Ho Park may be pitching for Dodgers this season if he continues to pitch well the rest of spring training. In 12 innings on the mound he has given up no earned runs and 3 hits. Since leaving the Dodgers after the 2001 season he made a lot of money but has actually earned very little of
