With Jay Bruce called up last week, and with the Padres bringing up Chase Headley today, I'm thinking it's time for a Minor League Top Prospect update. Some of these guys, Bruce, Headley, Evan Longoria, Clay Buchholz, have been in the bigs this season, some since opening day, some since yesterday.
