Bethlehem Shoals (SLAM Online) cranks up the QuoteMonger and delivers the goods once again. This was the funniest thing I read all day and it wasn't even close. David Berri (Wages of Wins) forecasts the NBA playoffs and examines the nucleus in Memphis . Indy Star : A bear of a first NBA season for Mike Conley The Grizzlies lost the lottery position tiebreaker with Minnesota yesterday. C'est la vie....

Memphis closes out their 2nd consecutive disappointing season in a city that has never been friendly to the Grizzlies and against a playoff team celebrating their fan appreciation at the game. Unlike last season this year is just ending bad. A loss would guarantee Memphis no worse than a tie for the 4th worst record in the league and the corresponding ping pong balls in the lottery. As Memphis fans...

Clear your schedule -- this is gonna be a big one! Jeff Wong (The Score) asked us some questions about the Grizzlies, Tigers and the city of Memphis. Being the sell-out media whores that we are, we were happy to answer them. Stephen Litel (Hoopsworld) conducted a fantastic interview with Kwame Brown recently. Memphis is winning at an unprecedented clip right now. 3 wins in 4 games does have to be taken with a grain of salt however as the wins have been against Sacramento (without Ron Artest, Brad Miller or Beano Udrih), New York (without Zack Randolph, Eddie Curry or Stephon Marbury) and Charlotte (who wasn't missing anyone but we are talking about the Bobcats after all). The city has a lot to be proud...
