University of Cincinnati freshman men's basketball player Lance Stephenson (Brooklyn, N.Y./Abraham Lincoln) has been certified by the NCAA and can begin competing immediately beginning with tonight's (Nov. 5) exhibition game vs. Saginaw Valley State University.
