Chantal Beltman out sprinted an all-star women's field on Sunday in downtown Philadelphia's Commerce Bank Liberty Classic, the 18th event on the National Racing Calendar. Overall, Rory Sutherland leads the individual NRC standings on the men's side while Leah Goldstein is the current womenandrsquo;s leader.
