American track cycling was well-represented overseas last week as Iggy Silva, Ian Moir, Dean Tracy, and Cari Higgins contested the Amsterdam Six-Day. Silva and Moir placed sixth out of twelve in the UCI Talents Cup while Tracy and Frenchman Gregory Bauge won the team sprint on night four. Higgins and Dutch partner Eva Heijmans won the Madison on day five and placed third overall in the general classification....
