I should be on the road from Kingston to Ottawa right now completing the Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour . I'm not (any resemblance to Jan Ullrich on the right is only that we were both totally spent.) A combination of heat (over 30 degrees celsius), humidity (80+%) and a VICIOUS head wind (30km/h) took a toll on me yesterday, and I ended up with some combination of bonking, dehydrating, and heat exhaustion....
