The Sun Bowl officially announced on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, that it has extended its partnership with the Pac-10 Conference through 2013, and aligned with the Atlantic Coast Conference from 2010-2013. The Atlantic Coast Conference has added partnerships with the Brut Sun Bowl and the Advocare 100 Independence Bowl and renewed its agreements with the FedEx Orange, Chick-fil-A, Champs Sports, Meineke Car Care, Gaylord Hotels Music City and EagleBank bowls for the 2010-13 football seasons.
