Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme may have a 4:13 touchdown-to-interception, but according to head coach John Fox, quot;he gives us the best chance to win." Thus, after withholding his decision for a few days, Fox has decided to stick with Delhomme as the team's starting quarterback. Delhomme's interception total through six games puts him on pace for 35 interceptions in a 16-game season,...

Jake Delhomme will remain Carolina's starting quarterback despite an NFL-high 13 interceptions in six games. Backups Matt Moore and A.J. Feeley will remain benched. Coach John Fox announced after practice Wednesday that he still thinks Delhomme gives the Panthers "the best chance to win" and won't bench him, something he contemplated earlier in the week. Delhomme has committed 15 turnovers...

Delhomme might finally be benched This was mentioned in the Panthers recap thread but I thought I'd pull it out given our ongoing Panther Watch. John Fox wouldn't commit to Delhomme for next week, which is not exactly shocking. Delhomme is on pace for 35 interceptions and the Panthers are playing like crap. Matt Moore and AJ Feeley aren't all that good, but could they be any worse?

Saying Monday that he doesn't know if the "status quo is the answer or not," Fox indicated he'll decide later this week whether to play Matt Moore or A.J. Feeley ahead of Delhomme, who has an NFL-high 13 interceptions in six games. It's the first time Fox has wavered on Delhomme, who threw three more picks...

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Though Jake Delhomme has just two touchdown passes and seven interceptions, he'll remain winless Carolina's starting quarterback. Asked Wednesday if Delhomme was still his guy moving forward, Panthers coach John Fox left no doubt. "I didn't think that was a question, but if that needs to be clarified, yes with a capital Y," Fox said. Delhomme threw two interceptions
