Along with Brady Poppinga and A.,J. Hawk, Barnett gives Green Bay one of the best young linebacking corps in the league, with Abdul Hodge also pushing for playing time. Had he waited out his much lower salary this year, he no doubt could have commanded a serious influx of cash during the freelance feeding frenzy next year.
