From ESPNDallas : Dallas Cowboys Marion Barber (thumb), Jay Ratliff (knee), Allen Rossum (hamstring), Gerald Sensabaugh (thumb) and DeMarcus Ware (foot) were on the injury report. Only Rossum did not practice, and don't expect him to play Sunday at Philadelphia. We did notice that Rossum was wearing a practice jersey. Also, Miles Austin , who tweaked his groin during the Seattle game last Sunday, isn't...

Morning folks. Once again we have a good bit of news coming out of 49erland. The Niners made some changes and I did nothing all day but sit and reflect on said changes. Unfortunately right now I'm in a bit of a hurry so I'll keep my amazing and thoughtful commentary to a minimum. The most notable of the news concerns CB Tarrell Brown, who received an extension despite doing... well, nothing this season....

Newly signed kick returner Allen Rossum is out two to four weeks because of a hamstring injury sustained on his first return with the Cowboys. Rossum was supposed to handle kickoffs and punts but went down in the first quarter Sunday against Atlanta. Felix Jones will be the primary kickoff returner and Patrick Crayton will handle punts. Crayton returned a punt 73 yards for a touchdown against the Falcons....

Allen Rossum joined the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday, two days after being released by San Francisco. Rossum is second in NFL history with 14,987 return yards. The 12th-year player is the only one in NFL history to have a kickoff return for a touchdown with five different teams - Philadelphia, Green Bay, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and San Francisco. Looks like the deal is done, the Cowboys are bringing in long-time kick/punt return specialist Allen Rossum. He was recently cut by the 49ers to make room for Michael Crabtree. Rossum had one of his best seasons in 2008, setting career highs of 26.8 yards per kickoff return and 14.9 per punt return. [snip] "I think teams have to approach our return game differently when I'm on the field,"...
