Well, he had a cool name, but apparently that wasn't enough to keep a job. Chad Slaughter has been cut by the Jaguars today and his roster spot was relinquished to D'Juan Woods, a fan-favorite rookie who had made the practice squad this season. I suspect we'll see Woods on the active 45 man roster tomorrow, why else make this move now. The coaches like the kid's work ethic and he's got sure hands...
