Atlanta TE Justin Peelle got the start against the Redskins in Week 9 but did not make any stats. The Falcons saw RB Verron Haynes and TE Keith Zinger play in the game but not register stats. Backup QB Chris Redman did not play.

D.J. Shockley, Atlanta Falcons: There may be worse fates for a QB than getting axed from a team’s practice squad when Chris Redman is its primary backup, but we sure can’t think of any of them. (Found by John at the Cowboys’ Stadium.)
