So we're riding this Larry Johnson media blitz for all it's worth and giving you some more remembrances of #27 that may have slipped your memory. I know, I know. It's not fashionable right now to talk about anything positive that Larry...

Fooch's Note: As small a comment as this was in the Chronicle article, it's obviously worth moving to the front page for discussion. To save space I moved most of the FanPost after the jump. For those wondering, Coffee returned 2 kicks for 25 total yards at Alabama in 2005, but does not appear to have any other kick return experience. Hmmmm...... Not sure if this is posted anywhere else but it says...

I think a lot of you remember. I try to forget but, unfortunately, I remember. The last time the Kansas City Chiefs met the Dallas Cowboys was the continuation of a trend. The Chiefs did two things that were very typical of the 2005 team, and the Dick Vermeil era in general: The offense scored a lot of points and the defense gave up a lot of points. Remember those days? Trent Green threw for 340 yards...

To be honest, I haven’t watched much of the Chiefs since Trent Green, Priest Holmes, Eddie Kennison and Dante Hall skipped town. Back in those days, they were an offensive juggernaut. In 2009, they are a work in progress with new coach Todd Haley at the controls. I actually dig Haley. He seems like one [...]

From the FanPosts. Something to help tide you over until these roster moves are announced. -Chris The last time these teams met was in December of 2006 at Arrowhead. The QB for Herm Edwards inaugural season on that day was Trent Green . The Ravens came away victorious with a final score of 20-10 . The Fantasy Studs on that day for KC were Larry Johnson (120 yds, 0 TDs), Sammy Parker (5 catches for...

via NBC Sports Media I caught up with John over at Bolts from the Blue and asked him a few questions about the Kansas City Chiefs week seven matchup with the San Diego Chargers . We talked about LaDainian Tomlinson , stopping Philip Rivers and Shawne Merriman . John also talked a little bit about the Chargers originally switching to the 3-4. In short, there's not a good chance things will work to perfection...

Yum, some randomness to keep you occupied during the afternoon. Fox Sports.com's Pete Schrager takes a look at the NFC West today , with five questions for the division. Naturally, he asks about the Rams wide receivers. Yada, yada, yada. This has officially become the storyline for a team all but forgotten by the national media. Making this version of the tired old tale even better is the insinuation...
