From what I see below, we won't know if Baltimore Ravens left tackle Jared Gaither will play in Sunday's game until just before game time. I guess that Head Coach John Harbaugh is getting a little "Belichick" in him, refusing to disclose Gaither's status until absolutely necessary. So while Gaither remains questionable for the game, no one else on either the Ravens nor Broncos are in that...

Less than two years after David Tyree experienced the euphoria of being a Super Bowl hero, he was forced to endure the anguish of being unemployed. Tyree made one of the most remarkable catches in Super Bowl history in February 2008. The New York Giants trailed New England late in the fourth quarter when Tyree pinned a pass from Eli Manning to his helmet while being tackled. The 32-yard gain helped...

Although he's best known by fans for his Super Bowl grab, David Tyree is regarded in football circles as an outstanding special teams player and a decent backup receiver. He has never had more than 19 catches in a single season, and probably won't come close to that number with Baltimore. Tyree will, however, receive an immediate opportunity to enhance Baltimore's kickoff and punt teams. The 29-year-old...

The Baltimore Ravens signed former Super Bowl hero David Tyree, who played in 73 games with the New York Giants before being cut last month. Tyree is expected to contribute to special teams and could see time at wide receiver. Tyree made one of the most memorable catches in Super Bowl history in 2008 against the New England Patriots, pulling down a 32-yard pass on a third-and-5 by trapping the ball...
