CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Ricky Williams is 32 and far from done. And even without Ronnie Brown, the once written-off Miami Dolphins are back in the playoff picture. Williams rushed for 119 yards and scored three touchdowns, and the Dolphins beat the Carolina Panthers 24-17 on Thursday night for their fourth win in six games. A day after learning Brown is lost for the season, the Dolphins (5-5) continued...

Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams had a solid performance against the Dolphins on Thursday but failed to score a TD in a Week 11 loss. He carried the ball only 13 times but gained a total of 122 yards. His numbers were buoyed by a 50-yard run in the third quarter. Williams also caught one pass in the game for 9 yards.

Dolphins 24 @ Panthers 17 : I hate the Panthers!! Earlier in the week I commented that Ricky Williams is probably a better all round back than Ronnie Brown. I think tonight he took a big step towards proving that. I also mentioned when I was making my pick that there was a good chance the Panthers might get too excited about the reasonable success of their passing game last week. And surprise, surprise,...

Miami Dolphins vs Carolina Panthers Dolphins: The big news of the week in Miami is the injury to star RB Ronnie Brown who will be out for the remainder of the year with Lisfranc fracture in his right foot. Taking over all of the running duties will be Ricky Williams. This is HUGE news for owners of the Pineapple Express. The Dolphins are one of the top rushing teams in the league and they have a very...

It's Thursday, and that means the NFL is back at us with the second of their recently new Thursday Night Football matchups that much of the country does not get to see due to not having the NFL Network. This Thursday's matchup sends the Miami Dolphins to the Carolina Panthers, and the Panthers are favored by 3 points as they have slowly crept up all week. 3 is an annoying number to have to get them...

When fans first looked at Thursday's matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers, they expected to see four of the NFL's best running backs square off against each other. However, an injury to Dolphins starter Ronnie Brown and injuries to both Carolina running backs Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams may mean the only running back left will be the Dolphins' Ricky Williams.

Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams (knee) was added to the injury report as questionable Wednesday after being held out of practice. More than likely Williams was kept out because the rain created sloppy field conditions and the team didn't want to risk an injury to their prized running back. Coach John Fox said they were "resting" him. He should play against Miami Thursday night.

The Panthers have issued an unofficial injury report Monday for Thursday's game vs. the Dolphins, and RB DeAngelo Williams was not listed. That's a great sign since he put a scare into Fantasy owners last week with a "tweaked" knee. Williams rushed 19 times for 92 yards in a Week 10 win over the Falcons with a 30-yard reception.

Last week it was Kurt Warner and Brandon Jacobs due for a fantasy turn-around. This time, it is Aaron Rodgers’ turn. After throwing three interceptions and losing on the road in Tampa Bay, Rodgers and the Packers return home this weekend to face the Dallas Cowboys. CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Buffalo Bills proved a team can trail badly in nearly every statistical category and still win the game. Jairus Byrd had two more interceptions, Ryan Fitzpatrick didn't make a big mistake in his first start at quarterback and the Bills took advantage of Carolina's miscues to beat the Panthers 20-9 on Sunday. Buffalo won despite being outgained 425-167. Carolina led in first downs...

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Jake Delhomme left Arizona a winner, even if he had to take a trip to the hospital before he left town. The embattled Carolina quarterback, whose downward spiral began with a playoff loss at home against Arizona last season, threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to Steve Smith before leaving with a chest injury in the Panthers' 34-21 victory over the Cardinals on Sunday. The Panthers, in...
