The vast majority of team rosters are set barring an unforeseen injury early in camp. Though there are still some "name" free agents available, like one-time Colts teammates Marvin Harrison and Edgerrin James, most of those players are past their prime and still on the market for a reason. Here's my look at the best and worst offseasons for NFL franchises:

According to a report on his Twitter account, agent Drew Rosenhaus reports that RB Edgerrin James may not sign with a team until after training camp starts. Said Rosenhaus: "Edge is excited about playing this season and getting back to the Super Bowl." James had been linked to signing with New Orleans, but that has been the only team to express interest in numerous reports.
