Homeless man charged in Tarpon Springs knife attacks

A homeless man was arrested this morning in Tarpon Springs after he stabbed and wounded a man who was urinating on the side of a building in a public housing project, police said. Willie James Reed, 56, was charged with attempted first-degree murder and other crimes. He was being held at the Pinellas County Jail with no bail set.
