My confidence level in a Lions victory over the Rams has changed quite a bit this week. On Monday, with there still being no word on the status of Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson , I was predicting a Lions victory, but there wasn't a ton of confidence behind that. Both Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford are officially out for today's game. At one point it looked like Calvin Johnson was active and ready to play, but NFL.com's inactive list was not correct. It was just updated to show that Megatron will sit, and he is not the only big-name player who will miss today's game. Quite a few new injuries happened during Sunday's game against the Steelers , one of which turned out to be pretty serious.
