Seattle QB Matt Hasselbeck bounced back from his poor game in Week 6 against Arizona with a solid outing in a loss at Dallas on Sunday. Hasselbeck was 22 of 39 passing for 249 yards and two touchdowns. Hasselbeck came off the bye in Week 7 and threw scoring passes to Deion Branch and Justin Griffith .

Seahawks coach Jim Mora said RB Justin Griffith will start Sunday vs. the Cardinals. Owen Schmitt has started in Griffith's place since Week 3. "Justin helps because of familiarity with the scheme. He has years of experience running (our) scheme that Owen doesn't have yet," Mora said.

Between bursts of self-assault, Owen Schmitt occasionally plays fullback. Not that I don't find a man hitting himself in the head entertaining, but I thought we could take a break from analyzing the patterns of his blood spatters to watch him play football.
