DETROIT – An ailing Matthew Stafford threw his fifth touchdown pass from 1 yard to Brandon Pettigrew, and Jason Hanson's extra point with no time on the clock gave the Detroit Lions a thrilling 38-37 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Browns TE Michael Gaines scored a goal line touchdown on Sunday in a Week 11 loss to the Lions. The TD reception came in the fourth quarter on a 2-yard pass from Quinn. Gaines had two catches in the game for a total of 5 yards.

The Browns have signed free agent tight end Michael Gaines to strengthen their corps at the position. He was released by the Bears on Oct. 17 after playing in one game. He has caught 79 passes for 819 yards and five touchdowns during his NFL career.
