Seattle released S C.J. Wallace and CB Travis Fisher on Tuesday. To fill the open roster spots, the Seahawks signed WR Mike Hass , S Jamar Adams and CB Roy Lewis from the practice squad. The Seahawks also added running back Devin Moore , and cornerbacks Trae Williams and DeAngelo Willingham to fill spots on their practice squad.
