Tell John Busing that Friday night's exhibition game was meaningless. Tell Quincy Wilson. Tell T.J. Wright, Skyler Green, Andre Frazier.

If Cincinnati Bengals running back Quincy Wilson makes it through Dec. 17 without any arrests, a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge he's facing will be dismissed under a pending agreement with the city.
