Dolphins ILB Channing Crowder is sitting out Wednesday's practice as he heals from a shoulder injury suffered in last Sunday's loss to the Saints. Crowder spent the warmup periods doing resistance training, walking behind one end zone and punching the air while holding elastic bands manned by a trainer.
